Ordering & Delivery
Ordering is easy using our online catalogue and search engine. Simply add the products to your online shopping cart using the Buy Now button next to each product.
You can then make payment using any credit card, debit card or bank account through our payment processor, PayPal.
Unfortunately we cannot take card payments over the phone but there is no minimum order value.
Shipping Charges & Delivery
Most orders received before 4pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. All orders are dispatched within 48 hours, subject to stock availability. To check the status of your order simply log in to your account.
- The shipping cost is based on the destination and weight of your package and is dispayed at checkout
- All orders include insurance and require a signature on delivery
- Someone will need to be available between 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday to take delivery
- If no one is available then the courier will leave a card and you will need to arrange re-delivery or collect from their depot
- If it is not collected, the package will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will be levied to cover our redelivery costs
Notes on export orders
Although we are happy to accept orders from outside the UK, you should always make sure that anything you purchase is compatible in your country/region.
Most consoles have some kind of regional protection which prevents games from one region from working with a console from a different region. For example, US and Japanese SNES games are not compatible with a European (PAL) SNES without an adapter or modification to the console.
